Drury Inn & Suites Marion

My stay at the Drury Inn & Suites Marion was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we checked in, the hospitality was nothing short of top-notch. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that you don't always find on the road. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable—exactly what we needed for a good night's rest. One of the best perks is definitely the complimentary hot breakfast and the evening "Kickback" snacks. The food selection was so hearty and delicious that we didn't even need to worry about finding a place for dinner. Location-wise, this hotel is a hidden gem right off the highway, making it super convenient to access nearby shopping and dining. It offers incredible value for money, and I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling through Illinois. We will definitely be back!

Rooms are rather small. The garbage truck was loud and was picked up at about 5 am all 3 of the days that I was there Most of my pillows smelled like someone’s head. Staff is great

This was a first trip bringing our dog with us. Andrea at the front desk at check in was amazing. Very customer service oriented and bubbly. It was our first stay at a Drury Inn and just what a wonderful experience. Unexpected and very welcomed.

We were pleasantly surprised since we've never stayed at a Drury Inn before. The room was great. They offer free dinner and breakfast as well as 3 free happy hour drinks. For dinner they offered biscuits with pulled pork, beans, and mac and cheese. The breakfast was awesome with scrambled eggs, biscuits, fried potatoes, tortillas, and a lot more. All the employees we met were very friendly and seemed to like their jobs.

Stayed here for a week around Christmas. The staff was wonderful, the pool area and hot tub area was clean and well maintained. Room was nice, beds were comfy. Good location. My only suggestion is to give more variety for food. It was tasty but too repetitive for people staying that long. Other than that,I will definitely stay here when in the area again.

We have stayed at Drury a few times, and always wonder why we don't more often. Free breakfast AND dinner (with 3 free drinks) included? Wow. Definitely not 5star food, but definitely acceptable. Room was clean. Staff was great. Only gripe is pool hours ( open earlier please, you're not staffing it).

This hotel provided a fantastic stay and experience! I would highly recommend this Drury to anyone traveling, or visiting Southern Illinois. The staff was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The facilities were clean and very well maintained. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The overall property was also well maintained. It's centrally located within a bustling commercial district. Lots of shopping, restaurants and businesses to visit right in the area, and only a quick 20-min drive from the Carbondale area. The rates were affordable, and no extra, unanticipated fees. They offer a ton of benefits to their guests, including a well-stocked, HOT continental breakfast. They offer snacks and hot food at their nightly "kick back," and even provide you with passes for free drinks at their bar. It's great for families, business travel, and solo travel. You can't go wrong with this location. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable and convenient.

Simply fantastic! Great rooms, fantastic desk staff, scrumptious breakfast and an evening ‘snacks & drinks’ (which is really a full dinner), all included in the room price. My only criticism is the chili was terrible. But hey, everything in life cannot be perfect! Drury Inn is so far ahead of everyone else, I can certainly overlook awful chili!
